By accessing or using Summer Mode by TeacherPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TeacherPulse LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Summer Mode is an AI-powered web application designed for K-12 summer school teachers. It provides tools for lesson planning, student management, attendance tracking, progress monitoring, assessment generation, behavior logging, parent communication, and curriculum development.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Individual Teacher License: $45 one-time payment for the entire summer season. School License: $499 one-time payment for unlimited teachers at one school building for the entire summer season. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Summer Mode is a one-time $45 purchase for the summer season. We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you have not made significant use of the AI tools (we honor this in good faith). After 5 days, or after significant use, refunds are not available.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, email support@teacherpulse.academy and we will work with you to resolve it.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You may not: use the Service to store or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission; use the Service in any way that violates student privacy laws.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by the teacher before use. TeacherPulse LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with students, parents, or administrators.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including student data, lesson plans, and messages. By using the Service, you grant TeacherPulse LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
If you enter student information into the Service, you represent that you have the authority to do so under your school or district policies. TeacherPulse LLC acts as a "school official" under FERPA with a legitimate educational interest in the student data you provide. We will not use student data for any purpose other than providing the Service. We will comply with all applicable student data privacy laws.
We strive to maintain the Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. For support, contact support@teacherpulse.academy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TeacherPulse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
